Pitched roof insulation (with facing on longitudinal side) fastened under the bearing construction by means of profiles with Eurothane Al Quattro

The thermal insulation will be realised by a board of rigid Polyurethane foam (Eurothane AL Quattro) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³.
The boards will be equipped on either side with a gold-coloured kraft aluminium laminate with PE-foil and aluminium coating with a thickness of 9 micron. The side which is not intended to be seen will be marked.
The board will have been subjected to a permanent quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.
The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
The declared thermal conductivity coefficient λD = 0,028 W/mK.
The width of the board is 1227 mm. The length will be dependent on the dimensions of the building (max. 12 m).
The distance between the seakers may maximally be 1350 mm.
The fastening and waterproof sealing of the insulation boards needs to be accomplished by means of PVC profiles with 2 springy tabs (EUROTHANE PROFISOL). The colour of the profiles approximates to the colour of the insulation.
The fixation of the PVC profiles to the bearing construction needs to be done by means of metal brackets in Aluzinc which reach over the profiles.
The instructions of the manufacturer should be followed during the installation of the boards.
