Metal walls with POWERDECK with A1 reaction to fire

The thermal insulation of the outside wall will be realised with a board of rigid polyisocyanurate foam (TAUFOAM by Recticel / POWERDECK) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³ and A1 reaction to fire according to RD 19/12/1997, Euroclass B s2 d0 (end use steeldeck) and D s2 d0 (product) according to EN 13501-1.
The boards will be faced on either side with pure aluminium of approx. 50µ.
The board will have acquired a technical approval and a CEN Keymark. They are subject to a permanent quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.
The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001 : 2008 standards.
The declared thermal conductivity coefficient λD = 0,024 W/mK.
The compression strength with 10% deformation: > 150 kPa (1,5 kg/cm²).
The dimensions of the boards are 1200 mm x 2500 mm, 1200 mm x 1000 mm or 1200 mm x 600 mm.
The manufacturer's prescriptions need to be followed during the installation of the boards.
A vapour barrier of minimum quality E3, will be installed before the installation of the insulation (a polyester reinforced bituminous membrane).
