The thermal insulation will be realised by a board of rigid polyurethane foam (Eurothane G) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³.
Reaction to fire: class A1 according to RD 19/12/1997, class 1 according to BS 476 part 7 and Euroclass F according to EN 13501-1.
The boards will be faced on the front with a plasterboard and at the back with a "non-woven" facing on a mineral basis. There is a vapour barrier between the plasterboard and the insulation.
The board will have acquired a technical approval and a CEN Keymark. They are subject to a permanent quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.
The production of these insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 standards.
The declared thermal conductivity coefficient λD = 0,023 W/mK.
The dimensions of the boards are 1200 mm x 2600 mm.
The installation by means of adhesive gypsum plaster will be done according to the instructions of the manufacturer. The finishing of joints, notches and corners will happen according to the techniques, normally used for plasterboards.
