Industrial pitched roofs under bearing construction with POWERLINE

The thermal insulation of the ceiling will be realised by a board of rigid polyisocyanurate foam (TAUFOAM by Recticel / POWERLINE) with an improved fire behaviour, a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³ and an A1 reaction to fire in compliance with RD 19/12/1997, Class 1 according to BS 476 part 7 and Euroclass D s2 d0 according to EN 13501-1.
The boards will be provided with a slightly battered aluminium foil with a thickness of 50 micron. The sight side has a white laquer facing whereas the backside is aluminium-coloured.
The board will have been subjected to a permanent quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.
The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001 : 2000 standards.
The declared thermal conductivity coefficient  λ_D = 0,024 W/mK.
The width of the board is 1200 mm. The length will be determined will be dependent on the dimensions of the building (max. 5 m). The boards will be rebated in the longitudinal side.
The maximum distance between the seakers may maximally be 1250 mm.
The instructions of the manufacturer should be followed during the installation of the boards. The nails or screws, provided with a washer, have tp penetrate the seakers at least 30 mm.
