Industrial pitched roof insulation on supporting structure with POWERLINE

The thermal insulation will be realised by a board of rigid polyisocyanuratefoam (TAUFOAM by Recticel / POWERLINE) with an improved fire behaviour, a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³ and an A1 reaction to fire in compliance with RD 19/12/1997, Class 1 according to BS 476 part 7, and Euroclass D s2 d0 according to EN 13501-1.
The boards will be provided with a slightly battered aluminium foil with a thickness of 50 micron. The sight side has a white laquer facing whereas the backside is aluminium-coloured.
The boards will be constantly subjected to a quality control conducted by an acknowledged institute.
The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001 : 2000 standards.
The declared thermal conductivity coefficient _D= 0,024 W/mK.
The width of the boards is 1227 mm; the length will be determined by the dimensions of the building (max. 5 m).
The maximum distance in between the seakers will be 1250 mm.
The seams of the boards need to be sealed waterproof on the upper side by means of aluminium adhesive tape.
The instructions of the manufacturer should be followed during the installation of the boards.
