The thermal insulation will be realised by a board of rigid polyurethane foam (EUROFLOOR) with a core volume weight of ± 30 kg/m³.
The boards will be faced on either side with a mat grey gasproof multi-layered complex of kraft paper and metal foils.
The pressure resistance with 10 % deformation: > 120 kPa (1,2 kg/cm²).
The boards will be subject to a permanent quality control done by an acknowledged institute.
The production of the insulation boards is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
The declared thermal conductivity coefficient λD = 0,023 W/mK
The dimensions of the boards are 1200 x 2500 mm.
The boards have to be installed on an even and smooth surface in order to avoid thermal bridges and deformations. Then they will be placed on a polyethylene foil with well-butted joints. This polyethylene foil needs to be fastened to the insulation boards after their installation.The overlaps between the several polyethelene foils need to be 10 cm at least.
The concrete layer on top needs to be provided with a light wire gauze.
