Eurothane Bi-3

Eurothane Bi-3 is an insulation board that is covered on both sides with bituminous-treated glass fibre. This insulation board is mainly suitable for flat roofs, used in combination with bituminous roof coverings or synthetic roof coverings.
Ideal for new construction and renovations:
Eurothane Bi-3 has already been in use for roughly 40 years and is the standard for insulating flat roofs in Belgium, for new construction as well as renovation projects. Particularly in the case of renovations, you can really provide your roof with durable insulation. You can even install this insulation board between the existing roof and the new roof.
High insulation values:
The insulating properties of your insulation is determined by the insulation value (λ) and the thickness used. The high insulation value of Eurothane Bi-3 allows the thickness of the panels to be kept at a minimum. The final height of your roof is lower, and you can thus avoid subsequent problems with the corresponding construction details.
Remains walkable:
These insulation panels have very good compression strength, which allows them to remain continuously walkable. You can even use them as an underlayment for a roof terrace or a sod roof.
Light weight and handy format:
The insulation adds only minimal weight to the roof and thus allows for lighter roof construction. The handy format makes installation much less labour-intensive.
