THE ADVANTAGES OF THE QUATTRO SYSTEM

Damage occurs mainly during the transportation, installation and cleaning of the insulation boards.
QUATTRO means strong edges that can take a blow or two.

Mice, rats, birds and beetles cannot be avoided around stables, but all have a natural aversion to draughts.
The QUATTRO SYSTEM ensures that the creatures do not have a draught-free place anywhere between the roof and the insulation material. They are then not encouraged to build their nests there.

They are also always looking for the easiest way to get inside. Then soft materials are the first to suffer. The QUATTRO implementation ensures that there is hardly anywhere where the foam is directly accessible. The associated U profile also closes off the ends and the join between the wall and the insulation board tightly against undesirable intruders.

With climate controlling ventilation technologies in the stable, use is sometimes made of under-pressure. In these cases, PROFISOL profiles avoid the induction of “false” air between the insulation joints.

Through the same clamping function, the infiltration of any descending water is kept to the absolute minimum by the board joints.

The system consists of two components:
EUROTHANE QUATTRO or POWERLINE and the PROFISOL fixation system.

Like EUROTHANE or POWERLINE that have a facing on both sides, the QUATTRO model also has a continuous facing along the sides. In other words: the QUATTRO model has facings on all four sides.

The foam is therefore only visible at the two crosscut ends of the insulation board.

In the QUATTRO model, the effective width of 1227 mm can be used entirely.

QUATTRO is available in four thicknesses: 30, 40, 50 and 60 mm.
